GlobalBlock offers the freedom to move a domain name in and out of the block service whenever you wish. Domain unblocking enables seamless utilization of specific domains for campaigns or promotions.
There are four (4) types of Rights that are eligible for use with GlobalBlock Services:
- Registered trademark, including:
- Geographical indicators
- Marks protected by statute or treaty
- Unregistered trademark
- Company or organisation name
- Celebrity name
All customers must have a valid IPR number prior to order submission . IPR numbers are acquired through one of 2 options.
Option 1: Pre-verified rights: An IPR will be automatically provided by the BSA for any customer whose rights have previously been verified through:
- AdultBlock
- DPML
- MPML
- dotXXX Sunrise B (SRB) Registration
Option 2: New Rights Verification
If your rights have not previously been verified you are required to must submit legal rights for verification to the accredited registrar. This may take up to 1 week but is provided free of charge to all customers.
