How to add a Multiple Delegates to your MITC account.
Our new portal has a upgraded version of multiple logins now named account delegates, this allows you the primary account holder to create mutliple account logins and the ability to assign all or selected products to manage
- Once logged in navigate to ‘My account’ > ‘ Account delegates’ > ‘Invite delegate’
2. Enter the delegate email address and if you would like them to grant them full access to your account orĀ selected products
3. The delegate will then receive a email inviting them to accept their invitation and gaining them access
4. The delegate will have access to their own multifactor authentication and ablity to raise support tickets.
