Mr Stewart is a company director and management consultant. He was National Managing Partner of Minter Ellison, one of Australia's leading law firms, for eleven years, retiring in June 1999. He was also a non-executive director of Memtec Ltd, a high technology filtration company, from 1988 until 1997. Memtec listed on NASDAQ and then the New York Stock Exchange prior to being taken over by a US company in 1997.

Mr Stewart spent five years with Pacific Dunlop from 1976 to 1981 in a variety of general management positions within the Footwear Group. He is Chairman of Metabolic Pharmaceuticals Limited, a listed biotechnology company; a non-executive director of Mitchell Communication Group Limited, Australia's largest independent media buying and communications planning group; Chairman of C E Bartlett Pty Ltd, one of the leading manufacturers in Australia of quality products in the fabrication of synthetic and canvas fabrics; a director of QSR International Pty Ltd, which produces the world's leading qualitative research software; and President of the Baker Heart Research Institute.

Mr Stewart was appointed to the Board on 14 September 1999.

Prof. Iain Morrison

Professor Morrison is Head of Bond University's School of Information Technology. His research and teaching interests span the design and development of large-scale distributed information systems and their application to e-Commerce, HealthCare and Education. He is a founding director of Melbourne IT and was a founding director of AuDA until his resignation in November 2001.

Professor Morrison served for 10 years on the Board of AARNet, the Australian Academic and Research Network. His earlier career path encompassed senior IT management roles and he brings particular expertise in project planning and management, business continuity planning, process engineering and IT audit and control. He serves as an advisor to government and the higher education sector on telecommunications, copyright, online legislation and applications of IT.

Lucy Turnbull

Ms Turnbull has extensive experience in commercial legal practice and investment banking. From 2003-2004, Ms Turnbull was Lord Mayor of the City of Sydney and from 1999-2003 was Deputy Lord Mayor of the City of Sydney.

Ms Turnbull served as a Director of WebCentral Group between August 1997 and September 2006. She served as Chair of the WebCentral Group Board from August 1997 until her resignation in November 2001 and was reappointed to this position between July 2004 and September 2006.

Ms Turnbull is active in the not for profit sector and currently holds a number of positions including Chair of the Salvation Army City of Sydney Red Shield Appeal, Deputy Chair of the Committee for Sydney as well as directorships of the Centre for Independent Studies, the Woolcock Institute for Medical Research and the National Portrait Gallery.

Ms Turnbull joined the Melbourne IT Board in September 2006, following the acquisition of WebCentral Group.

Simon Jones

Mr Jones is a Chartered Accountant and the former Managing Director of N.M. Rothschild and Sons (Australia) - Melbourne office. He is also a former Head of Audit and Business Advisory (Australia & New Zealand), and Corporate Finance (Melbourne) of Arthur Andersen. Mr Jones has extensive experience in investment advisory, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, audit and venture capital. Mr Jones is a director of Canterbury Partners Pty Ltd which is a boutique corporate advisory business located in Melbourne, Chairman of The Advisory Board of MAB Limited, a director of Computershare Limited and Treasurer of the Melbourne International Arts Festival Ltd.

Mr Jones was appointed to the Board on 12 March 2003.

Tom Kiing

Mr Kiing is a director of Bridge Capital Pty Ltd, an Australian technology investment firm that manages a portfolio of investments in the IT sector. He currently sits on the Board of: Safehouse International, a world leader in visual intelligence software; and The Atomic Group, an integrated sports and entertainment company in Australia. Mr Kiing has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and corporate finance. He travels extensively through the ASEAN region to promote a wide range of Australian investment opportunities to Asian institutions and private investors.

Mr Kiing was appointed to the Board on 19 December 2002
