FUN
We believe that providing a fun culture is imperative to our success. Having fun makes you feel good, breaks down barriers, relives stress and boredom, builds relationships, and increases happiness and optimism. A fun and positive culture makes coming to work more enjoyable and motivating, and this in turn results in greater job satisfaction.
We have fun in a lot of different ways, some of them organised, like competitions and theme days, and many just occur naturally through teamwork and some of our unique personalities. We have learnt that professionalism and fun can happily co-exist and are both essential.
