A variety of development programs are offered internally including a 12 month Management Development Program, an Account Management Program, and a Sales Development Program. Training and development is tailored to individual's needs and includes external and internal programs. Keeping up to date within the rapidly changing IT world is a constant focus and we invest in maintaining and updating our people's IT skills. In other important areas such as Values and Behaviours, Risk Management and Time Management, all global staff attend development sessions. Our people are also developed through company training conferences, most recently the 2005 a Global Sales Conference, and the 2004 Global Leadership Conference.

Our Study Assistance Program supports staff studying University Undergraduate and Post Graduate Degrees. Continuing to support education is vital, and over 68% of our staff hold University Degrees. Performance Appraisals are successfully used as a forum for documenting and tracking personal development goals. We recognise that personal development is a key motivator for people; it is so important to us that 'Developing People' is one of the company's core values.
